When you use the App, we may automatically collect information about your device, operating system, App version, IP address, and usage patterns such as pages visited, time spent on the App, and interactions with features. If you enable location services, the App may collect location data to show nearby Partners and products relevant to your preferences.
1.3 Information from Partners or Third Parties
We may receive information about you from our Partners, payment service providers, or other third parties to provide, improve, and operate the App. This information is only used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the App and Services. This includes processing reservations and payments, facilitating communication between you and Partners, personalizing your experience, providing customer support, sending important updates or service-related messages, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy without your prior consent.
3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

In addition, we may share limited personal information with marketing, analytics, and promotional service providers who support ZADNA in conducting promotional campaigns, user engagement initiatives, advertising, or loyalty programs related to the Platform. The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child, we will take prompt steps to delete it.
9. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content via the App, you agree that your content is truthful, lawful, and respectful. ZADNA may remove, edit, or restrict content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. By submitting content, you grant ZADNA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote it on the App and in related communications.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
ZADNA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (PRIVACY POLICY)
Any concern or dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of personal data by ZADNA shall first be addressed by contacting ZADNA so that the matter may be resolved amicably. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
