Delete Account from the Mobile App
The easiest and fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the Zadna mobile application.

Open the Zadna app on your device.

Navigate to the "Account" tab in the bottom bar.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Account screen.

Tap the red "Delete Account" option.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Warning: Account deletion will permanently erase all your saved data, order history, points, and addresses. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by filling out the form below. Our support team will process your request within 48 hours.
